Suggestion to "Delete" members?

This task is not possible from my recent research of these help forums. You can "ban" members, but that is not the same thing. So yes, Wetpaint, I would like to re-create my site each year with a new class and continue to use your service.... but first you need to have better controls over the members such as a simple "delete" tool just like you refered to in the FAQ with your announcement.

And just as others have responded to this sad news, I too have referred several people to this service for both education and other purposes. To dishonor the loyal education base in this manner... right before the school year at that.... is really disheartening to me. I will no longer be recommending Wetpaint. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I too am completely disheartened by the deletion of ad-free wikis. I was about to do a workshop to introduce my colleagues to Wetpaint and encourage them to use the site, but after this happened, I am not. My students are ESL learners and they find the ads very distracting. My colleagues were also unimpressed by this new interface--so, sadly, back I go to PB Works (formerly PB wiki) as they still honour ad-free websites, and that is what I'll have to recommend to my colleagues at the workshop as per my administrator's request...
