I keep reading great press about Arne Duncan, but why hasn't the media researched how Mr. Duncan is spearheading the privatization of the Chicago Public Schools, making teachers into scapegoats for failing schools created by Chicago Public Schools policies? 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
