40 attachment limit
Jun 24 2008, 7:28 PM EDT
I am considering a wiki for our math teachers to share lessons. They would need to be able to download lessons that were in the form of PDF files, word documents or powerpoint. A maximum of 40 attachments for the entire site would be limiting. I know this question was asked previously, but wondering if it has been changed - especially for education? Or is there a suggested "work-around"

I just joined this wiki and learned that educators are now allowed 250 attachments (yeah!) You need to "send an email to education@wetpaint.com and include the following information: The URL of your education wiki Your school name and address A short description of how you are using the wiki Confirmation that your students are 13 or older A request for more storage " 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

thanks for the response - I received the same information yesterday. Now I can add student assignments, etc. 250 is awesome! Good luck with your wiki.

I seem to be up to 259 attachments - I'm not sure why I've been allowed to exceed 250 (?) I did pay $15 for extra space to someone but have forgotten to whom and for what! Where can I track this transaction down?I am going to need to add many more attachments. What is the best way to achieve this? Is the only alternative to start another site? I'd start by writing an e-mail to wetpaint and see what they say. If you were willing to maybe help them promote wetpaint by writing an article or something mabye they'll up your limit? Can't hurt to ask. :)
