This is an example of an easy-to-use Wiki creation site. So far, this site appears to be pretty user friendly and not much time is required to learn this particular web-based technology. Depending on the school board you are with, you may already have tools for building wikis. For example, school boards that use Plone may already have tools and server space for creating educational wikis.
