I work within education at secondary level and part of my role is to develop e-learning across the curriculum as well as managing and developing the library and the resources therein. I have a fascination with all the current technology that is becoming available and how it can help empower students to learn in a variety of ways.

My main hobbies and interests include reading, sports, theatre, education, music, an interest in e-learning generally, travel, languages and writing, the 1960's culture and art (especially fantasy art and Andy Warhol). I also have an interest in Ancient Egypt and the vast history surrounding the country.

My main reason for accessing this particular wiki is because I am interested in getting involved in anything that is aimed at improving education and the accessibility of education for everyone. I would also like to gain further contacts in this field for the future.
