TYLENOL - that's what's missing at Wetpaint. It's not the changes - it's the lack of notification or sending of a simple email - it's learning of policy changes like this while you're presenting at a conference in front of 100 people. Contrast this with both the timing and lack of communication of the past three months and you're going to get huge uproars and people with hurt feelings and anger.
